A Blog that is and well we just couldn’t have that, now could we? So here it is blog 4 for me, but the first for Stick Me Designs.
My company will be launching very shortly in say the next 2 weeks and its crunch time. Our hopes are that our stylish glucose meter bags will be well received with open arms from the millions of people with diabetes, who are also over carrying around that retched black nylon bag for their meters.
I know after a very short amount of time not even 2 weeks, I was over the terribly boring black companion bag. My personality is just too colorful and vibrant to tote around such a void of a bag everyday. So for my own fashion sanity I started thinking of ways to jazz it up a bit, you know add some spark to it.
Well crystals came off, and my sewing skills just are not to be desired so I started looking online. I came up with next to nothing that I would be excited to carry around, because lets face it testing your blood sugar is not really exciting and it sure isn’t glamorous. But who’s to say the carrying case cannot be?
I say it can and should be. Heck the meter testing companies are creating more sleek and colorful meters everyday but they’re still forgetting or overlooking what they’re being carried in. That same old black nylon bag, that so many people cannot stand. So we are setting out to give people with diabetes a choice.
A choice in fabrics, colors, prints and materials in their meter carrying case needs. I know it’s not a cure but it makes testing your blood sugar less mundane.
